Every product we send out is inspected to ensure it's of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a broken or damaged item please email us and we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the natural variances in hand made bowls is not considered a manufacturing fault. Discoloration, uneven lip (rim) variations, smudge marks and hairline scars are expected to appear on our bowls, since they are not machine made, but hand beaten.

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. You can therefore return your purchased items in the original packaging within 14 days with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the buyer. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. For any queries do email us on hello@dgmindspace.com
