Through our chanting meditation session, we bring your focus to a single word or sentence that you resonate with most, to finally become it. Expect to move your thoughts and attention inwards, bringing focus to your breath, then gently moving towards soft or loud chanting. The session is energizing yet relaxing, it lasts 30 minutes with the final 5 minutes reserved for even more progressive relaxation ending with a minute of silence.

A guided 30 minute sound meditation focusing on each of the 7 chakras. Chakras can be considered deficient which results from avoidance, or excessive; resulting from overindulgence. For best functioning capabilities, all your chakras need balancing. Moving from the root right up to the crown, we will acknowledge, become aware and affirm the balance in this session.

This is far from true, though 21 days is a long enough period to start or enhance your meditative practice.
